Whether you are on a shared connection or have your own subscription, issues with the internet connection can always occur and can have many causes.

Before filing a service request, please always perform a speedtest with the device that you are having issues with first using speedtest.net or with their Android app:

If the connection speeds are fine, please check https://allestoringen.nl to ensure that the service that you are trying to use isn't having an outage at this moment.
If the connection speed is slow, usually 10 mbit or lower down and 2 mbit or lower up, please always include a screenshot of the speedtest results and the time the speedtest was performed so that we can check if there are any abnormalities in the network.

Please also include the location where the speedtest was conducted so that we can check if the coverage in that spot is sufficient.
