When you notice a leakage it's important to take appropriate immediate actions to prevent further damage as much as possible.
This means that you have to determine the severity and take the actions that are appropriate, such as but not limited to shutting off the water supply, notifying relevant neighbors and calling +31703455458 if the leakage is severe.
While waiting for a technician, please consider taking the following steps:
- Shut off the water supply if you suspect the leakage does not originate from the roof (if needed shut off the main water supply, see image below)
- Place a bucket to protect the floor from getting damaged
- If the water is near to electricity switch off the circuit breaker
- Make pictures of the leakage and inform us promptly by submitting a ticket, even if you already informed us about the issue by phone.
