What to do with a lost, forgotten or broken key?
If you have lost, forgotten or broken your key? You serve
contact a (local) locksmith for this. Unfortunately, the
costs for this for your own account.
Can I order an additional key?
If you want to have an extra key made, you can have it made yourself. Please note
note: this only applies to your own front or back door. If you have a joint
have a front door, you must send a request to generate a key by e-mail
to request. This can be done via service1@prmd.nl, please state the number that
is written on the key.
